So I went to a corn maze with my grandmother and brother today and we had a blast, even though I was sweaty and gross and there were bugs (eww), lol. It was some pretty rough terrain, uphill and downhill. I didn't think I'd have to stretch before going through, but I'm paying for it now! My upper left thigh is severely aching, right where the crease is there. What are some stretches I can do to prevent this in the future? Thanks!
