I'm at 177.0, down 2.5 lb this week! I just started weighing myself again after a 2 month break due to constant business travel including almost 3 weeks in Europe. I was hopeful that I would maintain during that time. Somehow, despite all that travel and irresistable yummy food that I couldn't entirely ignore, I managed to lose 6.6 lb between August 25 and today. So I'm doing a happy dance.
