Arrow Cheating Happens.......

No body is perfect especially when it comes to dieting and the one thing that destroys your efforts is not confronting your slip ups.

Confront your slip-up and post your uturn and get back on track.

I ate totally off my plan this morning and felt so mad at my self........then I went for a long walk. I walked off my guilt and planned healthy choices for the rest of my day.

guess what? it's 12 45 pm, i've already consumed like, 1400 cals. out of 1800.

guess what else? it happens. no big deal. stick as close as you can, and the rest will figure itself out!

I can relate to that. Yesterday my cousins came and we ate like we've never seen food before. At the end of day I was 400cal over my daily budget.

I wouldn't call it cheating, just living. Enjoying food is part of living, and sometimes the tradeoff of indulgence is worth it. As others have said, the important thing is to get back on plan right away.
