I posted a thread in the "Does it Work" section, but I know not as many people look in there (myself included). Has anyone tried the Dr. Oz approved 7 day crash diet? I saw it in Woman's World magazine and then looked it up on his site. It's meant to be a jump start and the claims are that you can lose up to 24 lbs in the 7 days, but the average is closer to 10. I started it yesterday, but didn't weigh in yet. I took a break this weekend for my best friend's wedding weekend and I'm just hoping to lose whatever I gained by my weigh in day on Friday. But yea, just wondering if anyone had tried and had any success with this one.
Yesterday I was still hungry after breakfast, but that's normal for when I eat a lot and then start dieting again. Dinner was huge! Definitely no hunger there! And mostly veggies.
