Default BIG milestone!!! NORMAL!
I weighed in at a NORMAL weight this morning. I'm 5'6" and am now 154.4 pounds, which puts me JUST in the normal range.

Admittedly, I think BMI is rather useless as it doesn't really tell the whole story, especially when it comes to body composition. . . BUT It's still very exciting to be "normal".

Congratulations! I agree that BMI doesn't tell the whole story, but hitting that normal number on the scale is a memorable moment. Wishing you continued success!

AMAZING!!

we are about the same height. i remember hitting 154 before and being normal! its a great feeling. cant wait to hit it again. be proud sista!
