I am reporting an official loss of
3lbs for the first One-Week Challenge!
(And yes, I did the obligatory three weigh-ins in different areas of the bathrooms to make sure the digital demon scale didn't vary!)
Average calories eaten for the week were 1559 (not deducting what was burned in exercise). I need to work on getting more protein in, as the average was 18%. Mygoal for this week was to keep the carbs around 50%. Carbs are my safe foods with my gut problems, and I can easily eat nothing but bread, pasta, etc. if I don't pay attention. Average carbs for the past week came in at 45%!
I'm calling this week a success, and looking forward to a brand new week!
