I recently started eating Greek yogurt. 1 cup of plain yogurt has 120 calories, and keeps me very full (almost too full) for hours. But I remember it being the same way for protein bars and protein shakes. A relatively low number of calories kept me satisfied for a long time. But now, with these (and other) foods, it seems they're less filling now than when I initially incorporated them into my diet. Does that make sense to anyone? Has anyone else had a similar experience?
