219.0 this morning! I'm excited because I went on vacation last Fri-Mon and I was so swollen and up to 224 lbs when I got home. I'm so glad my body is back to normal My lowest was 219.6 so to see a loss today is a huge plus!!
My highest was 245, but I lost ten of those pounds gradually and kept it off. My current weight loss started on 07/10/12 and I weighed 235 pounds. Updated: 12/31/12
199 - Which is frustrating since I was 196 a few days ago! I've been working my *** off in the gym, but I have been paying enough attention to diet the past few days so it's my own fault. Back to logging every single calorie I put in my mouth. So ready to be @ 195 since that means I've officially lost 40 pounds.
I have a BodyMedia which has this awesome weekly report option...I think I'm going to start logging my intake exactly and bring my weekly food report in to my trainer each week, so that way there is some accountability other than just cursing at the scale.
