I'm backkkkk!
 

Dear folks,

I am back after several months of not taking care of myself. I had a drinking relapse, which led in short time to a relapse to unhealthy eating habits. Now I'm 38 days sober and ready to get back on the healthy eating band wagon. I have only gained five pounds back (a miracle), and now I'm excited to get working again! I lost almost forty pounds with you guys before, and I'm looking forward to being a part of this group again. :carrot:

First of all I have to say congratulations on your sobriety! And secondly, welcome back!!! It takes a lot of guts to put things out there like this that u aren't necessarily proud of. This is definately admirable. Way to go for taking steps in the right direction! U got this!! Have a great day! :)
