My scale started jumping all over the place last week. One minute I was 205 and the next minute I was inching towards 300lbs. It acted exactly as most measurement instruments do when the batteries die. After replacing the batteries, the stupid thing still didn't work. So, yesterday, I went out and got a new scale.

I've still been following plan all week, I just haven't had my numeric motivation to back it up.

Then, to my surprise, I reached 199.8. Whee!

Yay for the new scale!

I'm excited though, because that weight makes sense in my graph at this time. So, I figure the scale is probably reasonably accurate. I plan to test it later with something weight specific.

Thanks! It's so motivating to be back on track with the scale, after not having it for a week. I'm excited for the weight loss to come!

I understand that! I had a big loss today as I'm finishing my time of the month (so several days of unsure if I was losing or not too) and I was very excited to see it I hit 219, and it's always fun to get into a new lower ten pound bracket.

Yes! I'm very happy to finally be under 200. This time last year, I was trying to lose weight with the help of 3FC. I was somewhere around 195. So I'm happy to be approaching that weight, where I feel like I can pick up where I left off, and actually reach my goals this time!

Its nice to have these mini goals. That's something I didn't do last time that definitely hurt my progress. Also, I'm paying for WW, so that helps. Haha.

The mini goals are so incredibly satisfying when you reach them! It makes me feel like my ultimate goal is definitely possible.
