Hi Samantha... another good option... and I buy them at that place you work at... is the Starkist 3-ounce tuna salad foil packets. I keep them in my desk at work. They are great with a few grape tomatoes, carrot chips, celery sticks, etc. I also like the bagel crisps (instead of crackers) and just make sure I eat only 6 of them.

Another good option is cottage cheese with fresh fruit or veggies.

Also, half a can of spicy red (or whatever variety you like) beans over brown rice. I get the pre-cooked brown rice in little microwave containers... sometimes I can get them at your store but not always; but they are readily available at other stores. Again, with some veggie.

Oh and couscous or brown rice with 1/2 can healthy soup poured over it. You do have to make this at home but it is quite easy, and then just pop it into the microwave.
