Default Stupid weight key being afraid of 214

So here I am, at 215 a full week after seeing 214 on the scale and my body freaking out and gaining 3lbs the next day. All day long I've been HUNGRY, and grilled chicken and salad and a peanut butter sandwich havent helped any. I swear my body is trying to prevent me from losing this pound! I'm retaining water too, my belly is all bloaty.

when I was gaining weight, the 215 mark is where I hovered around too, not gaining for several weeks, despite poor nutrition. It's weird how bodies like to hang out at certain weights...

My January Daily Weigh In!

Goal 1: 210lbs (20lbs lost) (Sept 21st 2012)
Goal 2: 199lbs (onederland!)
Goal 3: 196lbs (no longer obese!)
Goal 4: 180lbs (weight I was when I met my fiance)
Goal 5: 164lbs (normal BMI)
Goal 6: 150lbs (final goal weight)

Hang in there...I'm sure that you'll convince your body that smaller numbers are enticing soon, then you'll get a whoosh to make up for the bouncing

Getting ready for your move and summer heat probably aren't helping at the moment (I know that work stress and humidity aren't doing me any favors), but once you're in your gorgeous new apartment and settled down with your kickass phone in place, you'll be nice and calm and content, then the pounds will drop like no one's business.

Mini Goal: 170 lbs by August 11th (It'll be a very happy birthday indeed)--Reached 7/25/12
Mini Goal #2: Normal BMI (under 155 lbs)--Reached 12/3/12
