I need help (again!)
 

So not tooo long ago i posted a pic of me and asked what I needed to change to get the results I wanted. Most of you suggested weight lifting, and I've been upping the whole toning thing but I find that my body is almost perfect to me, but i STILL have this little pouch thing on my stomach that wont go away! It's pretty noticeable actually, its not just a tiny little thing that I can ignore, its stopping me from being inlove with my body and I just want it gone! Only I feel like losing more weight wont be the solution, I'm almost at goal and it still looks as noticeable as ever. Weight training didnt even seem to make it shrink in size..

Am I stuck like this forever?? Should I just try and go down another 10-15?

Have you heard of Zeltiq or cool sculpting? They put a gel pad on the problem area, and freeze the fat cells. Then the damaged cells are removed from the area by the body. I don't know how much it costs, or even if it really works. You might want to look in to it.

I've also seen something similar where they put a patch of something on the trouble areas that shrinks it, but ti's more of an herbal thing. Again, cost and effectiveness?

Otherwise, keep doing what you're doing!
