Question Whats the low down on energy bars?

I didnt really know where to post this.. but this part of the fourms seems to get a lot of daily replies so i put it here!

WEll anyway, i was wondering if anyone had some good information about energy bars, you know what im talkinga bout rigght? could someone tell me the good from the bad, and what makes them good, and if they actually work and that kinda thing.. well thanx in advance!.. Bye

Thanks for the links.. but they seem to just tell me what ones are good and not so good.. i was looking for info on like.. how to include them into your diet and how they can contribute to weight loss.

Well... just personal opinion... but if you look at the labels on them, the vast majority are really little more than candy bars with a few vitamins thrown in.

Defcon I sell lots of different kinds in my gym and I think that some of them are good to use in place of a meal. Sue is right though some of them a glorified candy bars but there really are some good ones out there.
