I have days when I am discouraged...a lot of times it's just a weird mood and only temporary but I think everyone has these moments from time to time. They kind of suck, but at least for me, the feelings pass and I can continue moving forward. I can usually muscle through the feelings by changing up my daily routine. Get out of the house, shop, tackle a project, meet up with friends, just something to provide distraction and hopefully shake off the weird mood. Hang in there!
It's not that some people have willpower and some don't. It's that some people are ready to change and others are not.
