Default Fit at 75 years old

This woman has been my inspiration all this week since I read about her online. She's 75 years old and in fantastic shape. Per her bio, she and her sister laughed at themselves at how out-of-shape they were before her fit-journey began, and they vowed to change that (although her sister has since passed away).

She gets up early and runs 10 mi. every morning and goes to the gym four times a week, also. Amazing.

That is so awesome. I scrolled straight to the pic at the bottom and assumed that she'd been lifting for decades now... then I read and nope, started at 71. Rock on.

There are women in her age group that I know that go to the gym regularly (my grandmother being one of them!) and I see how healthy they are vs other people their own age that it really does inspire me to stick with this for the rest of my life
