so happy to have wandered to this site. I am working on getting a big chunk of weight off this year. I started giving myself a "theme" for each year since I turned 60. This year is, " renew at 62". That means to me that I can get this off and can be healthier than I have been. Hope to be an encouragement as well as receiving encouragement. We are all in "this" together!
