Default Menu Ideas?

We are getting a bit bored with our old standbys....Does anyone have ideas to add to our menu plan for this coming week? I would love to hear them....We get stuck in ruts and forget to look and think of new things...

I just made my new fave dish tonight. I cook a cup of quinoa (dry) in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. I cook it on medium to sort of roast it. Then I add two cups of water, 2 chicken buillion cubes and a clove of garlic (diced). Bring to a boil and then let simmer for twenty minutes. Divide into 3 or 4 Portions, depending on your desired calories. Add grape tomatoes, 1/8 cup of feta cheese and a teaspoon of lemon juice to each serving.

Tis is great as a side dish, eaten alone as lunch, over salad greens or served with grilled chicken.

Pretty much anything from the SkinnyTaste website

Haven't made a thing yet that wasn't delicious.

Ditto on Skinnytaste. We made the Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken last night and it was to die for!
