142.4 today. I would really like to see a number below 140 someday soon. I would really like to not go off plan this weekend. But of course there is a family reunion on Saturday and we have tickets to the Brewers Fri and Sat night. The baseball games might not be too big a deal as we don't usually buy food there but often a couple of beers I could really do without. Its hard to stay on plan when everyone around you eats whatever they please and always ask you to join in. I have 3 teenage kids that are all in sports so they eat constantly and bring home junk sometimes if I don't supply it for them. The man I'm dating lost some weight with me last year but he still loves to eat out so its a constant struggle for me to make myself eat a small part of my delicious meal at a restaurant. I did terrible at that last weekend. I have strategies but the follow through is not always there...

Diana - Hopefully now that your TTOM has started it will alleviate some of the water retention We have excessive heat warnings here, but we shove all the water in us that our systems can stand.

Cbigsis - I have no doubt you won't do too badly, just keep your goals in mind and also allow for "living" a bit too. The way I usually remind myself is "I can have this, but it means ___ long doing cardio to burn it"

We ate at the cafeteria tonight where I always have a reaction (sodium or something else ). DH was tired of eating at the same places and wanted something different. Different is not good for me. I'm sure things will be ugly in the morning. Especially since it's TTOM, too.

Amber was up and walking just 14hrs after the procedure... wow! That's impressive! She has been battling with some pain, but it has not slowed her and has stayed ambulatory with aid from a walker to use restroom now. She is totally rocking this!!!! So proud that words can't describe

As for the avatar. It is me, but it's blurry, low-quality as it was taken with my crappy flip phone in our work restroom last week. I had to post as it's the most recent pic I have and thought it was time to update... I do think it helps to show the more narrow waist I have been getting though, so even though my face isn't clear much, the outline of me (and my pretty pink shrug I got) is clear Thank you for the compliment!!!

You have to get DH to stop needing variety, It seems to seriously kick your butt

I am totally feeling like a beached whale, this morning! I guess the combo of the cafeteria food and TTOM is not a good one.

Calories for yesterday: 1570 +
Weigh In: 148.2 (TTOM )
Up: 1 pound

Itsmyturn That is wonderful news on your DD! Still keeping her in my thoughts, though. Your outfit definitely highlights all of the work you have done. You have a beautiful shape and should be very proud of all you have done. Keep up the great work!

Diana - Fortunately you know it will pass... but beached whale is not a good feeling to have. Can you do lemon water to help with the bloat?

Itsmyturn Thanks for the suggestion. I bought a lime and a lemon today. I was avoiding those because of my minor allergic reactions. I tried some tonight with my water. My mouth isn't in bad shape right now. We'll see how it goes.
