So the lowest I hit was 225 and I was only there for a day, otherwise bouncing from 226-230 (my weight fluctuates so much. I still count my true weight as the first weight in te morning reguardless of if I gain 5lbs by that night). Ive been stuck in that range for 2 1/2 weeks, an I went to bed weighing 229... stepped on this morning and it said 222.6! totally unexpected !!
I also measured my waist and I lost another inch there in just 2 days.
