Ok, so here is where I am at...
I began in January at 280 pounds....and currently am at 245 Pounds!
I have set myself a couple of upcoming goals...I want to lose 15 more pounds by the end of June.....Yay 230 pounds!
Then, I want to be at 199 pounds before September 5th (My first day of teaching for next school year)
Do you set mini-goals??? Do these seem reasonable to you?

First 5K - 06/30/13 - 47:00.04
2nd 5K - 07/04/13 - 46:00
3rd 5K - 07/27/13 - 41:52
4th 5K - 08/10/13 - TBD
