Goal incentives
 

So I need to really trick/convince myself to eat health and work out so I've decided to give myself incentives for each 10lb loss! That was I always have something to work towards and it's not just an end reward!

I tried to not make them food related, but my first one is. I keep telling my room mates that I want a good big steak - that I want to go to the store and get like a $20 steak to kick off the summer, so this is my first reward! Hahaha

So here they are:
Weight loss incentives:
230 - big *** steak!
220 - *earrings
210 - work out top
200 - shape magazine
190 - ER seasons (13, 14, & 15)
180 - work out pants
170 - Sports bra
160 - Lululemon hoodie
150 - SHOPPING SPREE!!

Incentives work great with me, not just when it comes to weight loss, but whenever there's something that needs to be done. Even small things like washing the dishes :D My next reward is going to be a pair of black high converse and some high end skin care products (Clinique or Lancome). I can't wait!
