fit into a smaller size of trousers (even if they are a bit tight...soooooon)
wore heels out and felt comfortable
broke into the 150s (then TOM came but I'm back there now)
got a bra that fits properly
I am up at 6 AM and its pouring. I am going to the gym ANYWAYS. Ugh I just don't want to! Rain makes me into a grumpy grumpy monster. Esp in the city where everything is gross already. But I will go anyways!!
I lost 4.2 pounds in April, finally broke out of the 160s, and hit 70 pounds lost total.
NSV: I purchased bras that actually fit and they make a world of difference! And I finally had to admit that two pair of my workout pants are past the point of usefulness. I just can't tie them tight enough.
I started my diet on April 1st....I now weigh 174...so I have lost a total of 14lbs... I can't wait to be in the 160's....I haven't been there for 6 years!! (before my 2nd son)....
