I weighed in after school and got 164- FINALLY! I've been stuck at 165 for over 2 weeks now! So that's good.
Maybe a little counter intuitive, but to celebrate, I had a breakfast-day. I ate a lot, maybe even borderline-binge, but I feel like it was an accomplishment. Like, for dinner, I had some sprouted wheat bread, an apple, and some peanut butter smoothie stuff spread on it. I wanted a second slice of bread with more of the spread, and what did I do..... I stuck the rest of the spread in the freezer
So, I'm saying I broke even. Which is totally cool, 'cause yesterday, after a good long workout, I cam home and had green juice for dinner. I plan on having some more juice tomorrow. I just need more kale! :B
