Default Too Much Of a Good Food?

My new find is spaghetti squash. At only 8 calories an ounce (weight it out) I can eat a pile of it (doen't that sound appetizing) for like 60 calories, and its lowr carb too. I sautee it in non stick spray and add all types of fixings. And I'm eating it for lunch and dinner. This sound silly but I can just eat such a large portion for so little calories, and mixing it with other things is good.

Is here anything you are eating, or have eaten that was you were eating like all the time? Does it really matter if we eat that much of something if it works in our diet?? I jut have this fear that my weight loss is going to stall and like a month from now I'm going to read an article how spaghetti squash twice a day actually causes wieght gain! lol

I am currently addicted to sweet potatoes.

Also, addicted to cottage cheese and canned pumpkin mixed together...tastes like pumpkin pie if you can get over how it looks!

Pickles. I go through two, two and a half jars a week. When my cousin came over, he accused my mom of being a hoarder based on the fact that she had two jars out on the counter. I had to explain that, no, I constantly eat them.

They satisfy my snack craving when I'm making dinner.

And for my next trick...

I drink green smoothies (just spinach and fruit), and if I go overboard on the spinach, my poop turns green. Just thought you all should know.
