My friend gave me a half bag full of puffed cheetos. It all went downhill from there. I had to give them to someone else so I wouldn't down what was left. The serving size is 13. I ate 8, so not too bad, and then I hit the gym afterwards. But now I know I can't handle large amounts of puffed cheddar-y deliciousness.
So with you on this. Anything like that is my downfall. I only have to smell Doritos or Cheetos and I start going a little crazy. At least now you know they're best avoided!
My trigger is Cheezits. If the box or bag is open, I am going straight to the bottom of it, no matter how much is there. That you were able to stop ... and after only half a serving ... is awesome!!!! Yay you!!!
