Default Falling off the wagon.

Over the past few weeks, I had really begun to slow down in my weight loss, and now I'm at a complete halt. It's been two months of nothing!
Over 5 months I had lost 30 kg (66lbs) and now I can't seem to get back into it! I still have 35 kg (77lbs) to go until I reach my goal, and the last thing I want is to put all the weight back on and to start all over again.
I seem to have lost my motivation, and the stresses of starting Uni and working have led me to make awful choices with my food, and leave me with little time to continue my 5 day a week exercise regime.
What can I do, ladies, to get back into the swing of things? Help!

How did you start this journey?

What changes did you make the very first week you began?

I suggest looking back over what you did to start, and focus on getting -that- done. Maybe you tracked your food, and exercised two days a week. Maybe planning on the bare minimum for a week or two would at least help you stay on track, instead of falling completely off the wagon.

In addition to coming up with a "bare minimum" I'd suggest sitting down for 10 minutes and looking over your entire schedule. When do you wake up each day? How long does it -honestly- take for you to prepare for the day, get to classes, do work, drive to the gym, get meals ready, eat your food, etc etc?

You don't want to overbook yourself, so if you notice that Tue & Thr you only have an hour of free time to eat dinner -and- exercise, then either you can plan those nights as rest days or you can learn to prepare meals ahead of time for those nights so you can fit in all you want.

You might want to set a timer for 5 minutes a day, and read 3FC or other health/weight loss sites to remind yourself of what you're working towards. If you're reading about what you want a few minutes a day, it'll be harder for those "motivating" thoughts to slip to the back burner.
