Default I think I get headaches when I DON'T work out...?

So today I've been super busy, so I hadn't really had a chance to go work out. Today and yesterday, I've had a headache. The situation was the same for yesterday, as well. Now, some of this may be caused by stress, but I find it odd that it happened when I didn't work out, you know? Does that happen to anyone else?

After suffering for migraines for years they diminished in frequency and intensity after I began to exercise regularly. {had I known that I would have started long ago}. I don't get them nearly as often anymore, but if I stop or take a break from exercise for a few weeks I do get more migraines. Not sure that's the same thing exactly but I find it pretty interesting that headaches and exercise are related.

you were likely suffering from endorphin withdrawal.

physical activity is physically addicting - when i was into bodybuilding and powerlifting, missing a workout was *awful*: produced the worst PMS symptoms EVER.

Hm, I've never heard of that until today. Thanks! [:
Guess that means I've gotta get back on the horse. I went for a brisk walk and my headache subsided a little bit afterwards.

Kind of but not a headache...I get massively cranky if I miss one day of exercise. Even on my day off from it, something feels off

Thanks for posting this. I've been getting headaches for the last few days as well and haven't been able to get in a true workout as I've been overwhelmed with work related activities! Guess I now have more motivation to hit the gym!
