Exclamation Why am I still feeling bloated and full?

So, here's a quick rundown of my calorie intake these past few days...

2/10: 1560
2/11: 1630
2/12: 1248
2/13: 1587
2/14: 1254
2/15: 710

My goal is to stay under 1400 and on a normal day, I end somewhere between 1250 and 1380. I feel fine on these days, no problems.

On 2/10 and 2/11 I had Subway and miscalculated my calorie intake...I also overate because I thought I was eating fewer calories than what I really was. Between 2/12 and 2/14 (I think) I began to get headaches that alternated between pressure and throbbing. I figured it was my water intake and began drinking more to try to alleviate the pain.

This didn't help though and even more frustrating, I figured I'd be going to the bathroom more...but I don't feel like I have been. Instead, I am bloated beyond belief. I was bloated yesterday and I'm still bloated today. My period ended a few days ago but I'm not typically bloated days later so I don't know what's wrong. It's almost like I'm drinking water and it's just being retained for days on end.

I've barely been hungry lately. I've had almost no food today and my stomach is still stuffed. I am sitting here after having eaten 3 packets of almonds & cranberries and 8 ounces of soup...feeling fatter than I've felt in a month or more.

I've begun watching my sodium intake, worried that maybe I ate more than normal on the days I had Subway. According to Fitday, I am under my Sodium intake for the day so maybe this will help tomorrow? I even tried downing some coffee in the hopes that it might help my metabolism. Keep in mind, I have been drinking mainly water for weeks so I'm not a habitual drinker.

I'm desperate and at a total loss. What else can I do? What could be causing this? I'm miserable.

Change to green tea? That's a mild diuretic. And call your doc?

Because it going on for days like that would concern me.

Maybe you're bloated or constipated a bit or just gassy - sorry! Try phasyme or gas-x perhaps and see if it helps w/ the bloating.

You may look into food intolerances. Foods such as wheat, dairy, corn etc can cause significant bloat and swelling in people who have food intolerance...more so than what people typically see with too much sodium.

Thanks for the advice guys.

@WildThings : I looked up symptoms of wheat intolerance and I actually have several of them. Thanks for pointing that out, I can ask my doctor directly about it now and either have it confirmed or one thing removed from the list of possibilities. =)

Drinking a large glass of water (18-20 oz) with about 2 tblsp of concentrated lemon juice right before bed do miracle for me.
