literally did a dance when i saw 145 on the scale today and yesterday. i had been hovering around 147-149 for so long. its great to finally make my way toward the lower 140's.

138, down 2 from last week and under the low end of my maintenance range! It always feels good to see a low number, but I don't want to start playing the "how low can I go" game. I'm finding it hard to find that maintenance sweet spot where I'm eating neither too much nor too little.
