Feeling well and truly useless :(

Yeah I understand getting to the gym is a pain in the ***. I was doing aweful before I started P90x. My bf and I are starting week three and have only taken one rest day each week..amazing for consistancy..but realistically it won't last after the 90 days. Life just gets in the way! I think the key is to really focus on a time you are going to go and leave no wiggle room! Harder always than it sounds!

Well feeling a bit better today.
Found out im still to hear from a job as non of the candidates have been told yet even tho the interview was a monthago , so theres still hope.
Dads come to his senses and looks like hes getting back on track. Fingers crossed anyway.
And im getting my cook books out and making fresh meals had lots of new ideas so keeping positive. Back on taebo today aswell after a few days rest
