Dukan diet attack phase help
Is there a limit to the oat bran pancakes, gallletes etc you can eat in the attack phase? I am on day 2 and getting stuck ...any advise very gratefully received ....thank you x

Just throwing in my two cents, though I know nothing about the Dukan diet. I believe that ANY foods eaten with no limits can lead to weight gain. If your appetite is large enough that you'll eat a dozen of these pancakes every day, I doubt you will lose weight. It's up to you to decide whether you have built-in limits (based on your fullness signals) or need more structure in limiting foods.

Oat bran quantity
Thanks for the responses, yes I have got the book and my query stemmed from the general instructions about not restricting the quantity on the diet. I have found that the oat bran pancakes really helpful in getting me through the day ....as I am often out of the house with my work I have made a batch in the morning with 3 tbs of oat bran and then nibbled at them through the day with chicken or cottage cheese....so I wondered if that was okay or am I over eating?
The overall quantity would be equivalent to 3 tbs of oat bran and a moderate quantity of protein at breakfast , lunch and supper . Am I going off track with this approach ? There is no maximum amount specified in the book , just a minimum ..hence my query x |
