You eat high points certain days and then low points the next. It's sort of like calorie cycling/shifting. It supposedly keeps your body guessing.

Monday-56pts
Tuesday-49pts

Thursday-5pts
Friday-69-71pts
Saturday-49pts
My weigh in day is on Friday and I tend to eat a lot of points. According to the Wendie Plan I should eat about 69 points to boost my metabolism, etc. I don't follow the Wendie plan but I do have a high point day usually Fri and Saturday. There are more detailed descriptions online and some people swear by it, especially during a plateau. Good Luck.
