Take a peek at the attachment. Found it on Facebook. lol Thinking about printing it out and sticking it on my fridge!

Mini Goals:
207-Lose first 10 pounds- completed 1/24/11
199-Get out of 200s completed 5/15/12
176-Half way there!
168-Not obese!
145-Not overweight!

lol, well instead of the premade one, maybe i'll make one of my own, with my personal bad foods that I love (ie. doritoes, chocolate).

I have to agree. just my opinion, I get the process behind the picture but I also feel that it can lead to an all or nothing type mentality which then leads to classification of good and bad foods.....I have an eating disorder so I get it but I think as a society we need to move towards balance and moderation.

Just my two cents
