I don't have an official weigh-in day.

Today: 141.2

I've been really off-track for the last several months, so I'm up 10 lbs from July. I'm finally getting myself back on board with healthy eating.

Life style change started on Jan 13, 2011. I was going to lose 100 pounds by Christmas.
I lost 93 pounds by Oct 1, 2011 and am holding there for now. We'll see what happens.
New goal: To maintain at about 160 Final Goal: To decide if I need to lose more

212. I lost four pounds in the last couple of weeks, which isn't huge but I'm so glad to see some progress because I have struggled back and forth with my eating habits.. but now that I see some loss, I feel so much more motivated.

1) 199: One-derland.
2) 185: Below weight where I was last heaviest.
3) 174: No longer obese BMI
4) 160: Last time I had a gym membership.
5) 145: Normal BMI (barely)!
6) 130: Bonus round.

170 and thrilled because

A-I am 10 lbs from my first goal weight (not ultimate goal, but the one I thought was achievable) and
B- I have lost the weight of the dog food bags we buy! Those things are HEAVY, can't believe I used to carry one around all day!

This just reminded me, time to change my sig to show the 35.
