Hey everyone!

Just finished with my workout: 30 Day Shred. Feeling amazing, haha.

Ate quite a lot of sweets today, but under my planned calorie intake. I still have 220 calories left.
Ate oatmeal with blueberries and sugar for breakfast and a big fondant cookie, hehe, bad.
At school I ate 'ontbijtkoek', click to see what it is (:
After that I ate veeery tasty pangasius fish that my grandmother made, I don't really like fish overall, but this one is delicious!
After that I ate 'stroopwafel' and a couple of chocolate cookies. And right now I'll drink my hazelnut latte with piece of dark chocolate, hehehe.

I try to consume about 1700 calories a day, but I think I'll lose weight really slowly if I won't lower my calorie-intake. >.<

Hi everyone,

Just weighed myself, up a pound to 243, so I've got to buckle down. I let up a little on the intensity the last few days. Our boot camp instructor was absent today, so we did Zumba instead. As a pretty uncoordinated guy, lets just say its not my cup of tea.

Moondance - skiing in Colorado sounds great. I think I need to lose some weight before I do downhill skiing again. Don't want to spend 8 weeks in a cast.

qtkitty, keep up the good work!

Well everyone else, have a great start to the week.

Well, I've had exactly 50% of my calories today....(I've consumed 560 and still have 553 left....so just over half, actually) Tomorrow is my weigh in day (I attend WW mtgs, but am not working "their plan"--I calorie count and try to watch my fat, cholesterol and sodium intake). I weigh in the evenings at 6 pm. I know-- THE EVENING???? lol I've done it for over a year now so I've gotten used to it now. I'm really wanting to snack today....but I know I've gotta weigh tomorrow...that's the only thing keeping me on track today! lol Thank goodness for public weigh ins, huh??

Had a NSV today....went to a store that I go to quite a bit....they know me there. One of the ladies came up to me and said, "You sure are tiny, girl!" YES!! I thanked her profusely and told her I was trying really hard!

Have I mentioned that I love being back here??

sort of bummed, just found out my kidney function is waning. Last year it was good, but doctor has noticed it's near the exit for "good" now. He says he thinks it's a reaction to the lithium as it's been raising as I've been raising. So why is he keeping me on it? Actually he said, today was the first time he saw me looking good and he doesn't want to change that. Doh, what? I wasn't feeling so good afterwards. He wants me to get another test late Feb. and if it's moved closer to not norm or out of norm then he's sending me to a specialist. He didn't say it could be reversed or what he suspects it could be. Dang it, I'm gonna be anxious for a month now. He's a shrink, he should know better to do that to me

Berry Yay, for 100 lost, you got back to 175, now rock it to 173 just for fun

Diana LA awesome NSV, I love when people notice. LOL, I'm still waiting. No one ever sees me though, so it might be awhile. awesome job.

BuffJIm now I want tea Was the class at least a little fun for ya?

Moondance glad you got in some skiing. You're having snow issues in Colorado? Funny, I thought it always snowed there.

qtkitty I think you'll get into those 370's for sure.

kayla love the NSV, it's such a nice testimony to watch yourself shrink into clothes. Keep up the great work.

Well I'm off, I need to go find food. I've done pretty good...I'm around 500-600 now and that's before a meal, so I might make it.

Have a great night everyone.

OK, I'm in for daily accountability. The past 2 day have been mixed, except one good thing is that I passed on the frozen margarita last night at Mexican dinner. My goal for the week starting tomorrow, is to have NO SWEETS and to get in 30 minutes of exercise every day. My 1st mini-goal is to drop 10 pounds.

Well, that would bum anyone out, but he is going to check it again soon, so the doctor has a good feel of it and isn't blowing it off. Fingers crossed that it will be ok and was just a blip.

So today I think I've done good so far. I baked a boneless skinless chicken breast with pesto. Just a lil bit of pesto and my side dish was 2 cups of cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Also, I had a banana for a snack. In a few minutes I am heading to my weight watchers meeting.

Hi Everyone! I stopped taking my antihistamine today. I couldn't stand the drying effects any longer. We'll see how it goes without it.

LittleBrownBike Great job planning your meals.

Mamakat The pound could have been due to lower calories. It sounds like the party was fun for everyone. Remind us when you have to go back to the Dr about that test. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Diana(LA) Great job on that workout. It all adds up. You may have burned more than Livestrong says, too. Congrats on the compliment.

Italiannie Congrats on the .8.

KaylaChristine Great job on the jeans.

Qtkitty Congrats on the 1.6 pounds!

Itsmyturn I hope the cardio helps. My body likes cardio. I am doing a new program. It has more weights than I normally do. I am trying to make sure I get enough cardio, too, since that's what my body likes.

Moondance Great job on the pound! Things seem to be clearing up some. It takes so much time, so I really don't know. I am really trying to stay away from everything (soy, peanuts, nuts) that I am suspicious of. I am even avoiding foods if I don't know what in them. It's tough!

Damiilya Great job on the 30 Day Shred.

BuffJim Hi Sorry about the workout! DH took a step class with me a long time ago. Not his cup of tea either. You did something, that's all that matters.

Berry Keep up the great work!

Ilovemo It looks like you are in a good calorie range.

SanityNow Hi and Welcome to the check-in!

Good luck with your allergies Diana

My checkin for today:

8 am
Started out rough with 2 darvocet, 1 cadbury chocolate bar and 4 oz coke to get me going.

1:30 pm
1/4 boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 chicken leg <- rotisserie leftovers from last night, 3 baby potatoes mashed

6:00 p.m.
boneless skinless chicken breast and onions cubed and BBQed, 4 baby potatoes boiled then finished up on the BBQ

Water: 32 oz
Exercise: 6.25 miles/35:01 minutes <- longest bike ride so far!!

I'm planning chicken fajitas tomorrow night for dinner, I already have the chicken cut up and seasoned. This should give me time for another bike ride tomorrow when I get home...

My goal for tomorrow is no chocolate and no coke. So far this month I have not gotten any fast food (mcdonalds etc)... AND so far this year I have not purchased anything from the vending machines at work, yay... so even though I'm still having some chocolate and coke I feel like these are big accomplishments considering I pass half a dozen McDonalds on the way home and used to get breakfast or lunch from there at least twice a week if not more... and used to get candy from the vending machine at least once a day...
