Thanks everyone - I'd like to report that today (one day later) I'm back down to 195.4, so, while I'm still over what I was on Saturday and did a little back peddling, I just got back from bootcamp and I'm going to stick with it - fingers crossed ... Just needed a little encouragement! Maybe that was just what I needed, a last hoorah to get my mind in gear. I'm glad I'm not the only one!
