Curious, what are the motivating songs on your workout playlist?
I am trying to optimize my playlist for maximum positivity and movement. I like Kanye West's Stronger, Maroon 5's Moves like Jagger, and other uptempo instrumentals. what gets you moving?

Actually just made myself a new playlist. I have Awake and Alive by Skillet, Click Click Boom by Saliva, Eat you alive by Limp Bizkit, False Pretense by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Good Feeling by Flo Rida, The Humpty Dance by Digital Underground, Let the bodies hit the floor by Drowning Pool, Not Falling by Mudvayne, Sexy and I know it by LMFAO, Teach me how to dougie by California Swag District, and Unbelievable by EMF. I have so many more but I like to change it up and this is my newest playlist.

Britney and Rihanna both have a bunch of good songs for working out to. Really loving Kelly Clarkson-Stronger too.
Keri Hilson/Timbaland/Alexis/Calvin Harris <3. I also really like the Josie and the kittycats soundtrack for exercising, really energetic!

I like dancy electronic stuff- my current favorites are Kaskade- I remember, M'Black- Heartbreak, Daisy-Everytime, Kim Sozzi-Feel Your Love. And I love the Kelly Rowland song Motivation for cool downs (I know when she sings "when we're done I don't want to feel my legs" she's not talking about exercise, but it works for that too! )

Outkast and the Black Eyed Peas are NOT normally my type of music, but the tempo/beat really gets me going and motivated when I'm working out! That and Disturbed, Linkin Park and System of a Down.
