starting weight loss journey

I have never tried a diet forum-so I am changing my ways and hoping this helps with my weight loss. My fiance said its a great support system and I think he might be correct! Unfortunately my weight creeped up from 150 to 170 in just a few months. I am looking to loose about 30 lbs and keep them off for good. Its not a fad diet, but a lifestyle chance. Currently I am into Juicing and really enjoy mixing fruits/veggies to create a delicious drink. I am substituting this for breakfast and lunch. At dinner, eating a good meal. I run every other day, 1-5 miles. It just depends on my mood. So here we go...I hope this works! :) |
I hear juicing is awesome.. a real healthy option.. I am thinking about trying it as a breakfast replacement and switch off between those and shakes. I gained 10 lbs in a few months of starting a new job... damn breakfast cart!!!
