Wink WoW! INSTANT BOLOGNA

As 2011 comes to an end and 2012 begins I think it is time to start a new thread of baloney

After starting 2011 at 193 and ending at 193 I have come to the conclusion that it is not my fault that I didn't lose weight

I did do the roller coaster ride from time to time. Getting up to 197 at one point I think and down to 188 for a bit. Again, not my fault

A lot of the blame goes to the neighborhood mom and pop pizza guy. Those buy one get one free x-tra large pepperoni coupons are just too hard to pass up.

Is it my fault that the owner of my favorite Mexican food place always gives me my beer at Happy Hour prices? Absolutely not!

Even the local Fresh and Easy is trying to sabotage me with those $2 a pound bacon deals...not to mention the 2 for $5 specials!

What's a guy to do?

All I can say is if the instant baloney stays at a respectable distance this coming year then I have a chance to get back to goal...or at least close to it.

But then, as I post, I can feel the pressure of it's existence....

like a on my back....

leftover sounds real good for breakfast...

after all....

I don't want to waste it

It's certainly not my fault that I have no time to exercise, even though I could change my work hours and there is a gym within walking distance of my house. Oh wait, I did change my hours, and I'm meeting with a personal trainer tonight. We need to put in the work to get results - no way around it, ans that's no bologna!

It is not my fault that someone gave me a box of See's candy for Christmas and it not my fault that my mother taught me that we must alway clean our plate.

I blame all the people who bake in their spare time and then bring their creations to work to share! It's their fault!

It's not my fault that Wal-Mart had the hershey candy cane kisses on sale for $1.27...It's not my fault they were right next to the cash register either. It's surely not my fault that my husband's aunt had pecan pie AND lemon cake at the family new year's day dinner....AND it's definitely not my fault that we had chocolate covered raisins in the car.

It's not at all my fault that Ben and Jerry's is RIGHT NEXT TO Skinny Cow.

It's not my fault that McDonald's is right next to Subway, and I can smell those french fries. Omggggg!

16 or 17 years ago...when I was skinny....I started eating a little Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia a few times a week....

Just a few spoonfuls...

turned into a few every night...

then a few more...

then a bowl...

then it turned into about 8 pounds.

Is it my fault is was so freakin' good?

Nope!

It's not my fault that my new pair of Nike's has given me blisters on the back of my heels, which has caused me not to go to the gym the last couple of days so they can heal.

I did not invent the Oreo cookie, is it my fault that I perfected the eating of it? No. It is not my fault that beer exists, I didn't make it, but those poor people that do need to make a living too and I need to do my part. How can I be blamed for the fact that Bourbon is one of tastiest cocktails ever? And how can I be held responsible for Hagen Dazs, even if I eat it by the pint? They don't make a vegetable ice cream. They compound their culpability by making ice cream with Oreos in it. I cannot be blamed for this.

I love this thread.
