I know this might not sound huge but I've been solid 225ish for at least the last year and a half. Every time I start a program and I'm good for about 4 days then the weekend hits and I get complacent. I've been 220.8 for the last 2 days and am hopeful that it's not only water weight. I'm going to jump up and down and dance all over the place the day I get under 220 and be a believer that this method of talking it out works! Fingers crossed that it's this weekend.
