So i have set my goal and i am going to get there it is going to be the only way i can keep from going nuts! It helps so much that i have my sorta sister in law to help!
We will be checking in with each other daily to be sure we both are staying on track and i think that if i have someone to answer to then i can do this! I dont only have one big goal i have a few small ones! Having the mini goals will help me get to the bigger picture! I am also writing everything down, as far as my plan for the day, everything that hits my lips, my workout outs, my thoughts, and my weight and measurements! I am one of those people that have to write everything down!
