I was at 185 this morning. Office Christmas Potluck today. Have drank lot's of water and have had 2 crackers with some dip. I plan to have a small plate of food, trying small amounts of everything I like and that's it. No seconds.

I weighed in this morning at 192.8 down from 197 on Sunday. I am almost a week in. Can you believe this is the longest I've ever stayed on plan? LOL
