my weight this morning was 295.2, which gave me great relief because I was TERRIFIED that I overdid it on dinner last night...

I'll weigh in tomorrow. I biked 35 miles yesterday and then housed half a small pizza before bed. I think I'm probably retaining water.

On my last weigh in on Thursday I was 184, which is down 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I feel like I'm on the Biggest Loser!
It's about commitment, not motivation.

I'm jealous of your 35 mile ride, seagirl. The holidays have knocked my bicycling schedule completely out of whack. My daughter got out of school at 11am M-W, then four days of everyone at home... I've been doing little bits of exercise here and there, and some errand/family rides, but I just need to get out for a long hill climb. Monday, I can wait until Monday....

This morning, I'm 191.7. Only .2 pounds from my next mini-goal!
