I know I over-ate, but I also know I didn't have 14,000 extra calories... and I also know everything I ate was FULL OF SODIUM...(we use a LOT of chicken broth in our T'giving cooking, & chicken broth is practically liquid sodium, LOL) I gained 4 lb. I know it's water weight due to all that sodium, but still, seeing it on the scale is such a bummer! And I also know it will take about a week for my body to rid itself of all that, so another bummer.
