Hi Everyone,
I have recently joined 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet and thought to share with everyone I book that had a great impact on my weightloss journey. The book is called "You Can Be Thing" and is written by Merisa Peer. This book has changed my relationship with food and my attitude towards it. Check it out and let me know what you guys think.
"Burn the fat, feed the muscle" by Tom Venuto. Changed my whole mindset about fitness and nutrition. I would hane never dreamed what I have already achieved before reading this. I have set the bar so high because of this book... and I also know I will make it!!!
