Can I just say how excited I am??? I know its not the big numbers on here, but I have to start somewhere... Friday I am going to look for a treadmill.. more excitement. I hope I can find one I like and in my price range.. Just wanted to share... YAY ME

Yay you indeed! That's over a pound a week, which is great! (this isn't the biggest loser where people drop 14 pounds a week, or 7 or 5.)
