I have just started with my weight loss, and I want to lose 165 pounds. I am worried that I might have extra skin on my arms, belly, etc. Is there a way to prevent or minimize that as I lose? I do cardio one hour a day, eat very healthfully, and plan to do toning 3x/week as soon as I get into the 100s and can really stand to do that. Any advice for keeping things taut?
