Default Back at it

Well I am back at it again! I have had every reason in the world not to work out and every reason to not make this change, but not anymore! We have finally got moved into our new house everything is unpacked and set up. My son even has a play room right off the living room where he can go and i can still see him and workout all at the same time, that was my biggest reason in the world not to workout. My goal is to drop 65 lbs, and keeping it off. I know it will be hard but i know i can do this. I have not felt this motivated in a long time, I really hope i can do this!

It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing,
8 weeks for your friends to notice,
and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice!
Give it 12 weeks! DON'T QUIT!

You can do it!! For me, the ability to work out at home has made a big difference in my ability to exercise and stick with it. Now you're motivated and out of excuses, so I'm sure you'll do great!
