Last year I was working for my university and I had the opportunity to blog my way through a new fitness journey. I went from 172 to 138lb.
Well shortly after... I graduated from school, got married, went through a couple of deaths, and moved away from the place I grew up.
Through all of that, I put on a lot of the weight I'd lost.
I'm having a harder time losing the weight this time because I don't have the support and accountability I once had. I've been a long time lurker on these boards, but I'm going to try and involve myself a lot more.
Any suggestions for threads to follow??
